Tooling / Engineering
We encompass all the capabilities needed to design and build tooling for parts in a wide variety of sizes and materials. Add Accents tool maintenance to the formula and the package becomes complete.
Production
Our Press Tonnage ranges from 25 tons to 500 tons. Many of our presses are electric and we continue to expand our capability in automation to enhance quality and control cost. We are experienced at employing post-molding operations at many of our molding presses to optimize a manufacturing cycle.
Quality
A Quality Assurance Program is an important part of not only our success, but our customers’ success as well. Our standard is to continuously strive for improvement, and innovative procedures. We are an ISO 9001-2000 registered facility.
Post molding operations
Our post molding assembly operations are procedure oriented, monitored, clean, and well lit. We also offer medical sub-assembly, machining, pad printing, sonic welding and many other value added services.
Clean Room
Our class 100,000 certified clean room is our most recent addition. Note the Electric presses in addition to the assembly line in the clean room.
Facility
Between our three buildings, we have nearly 60,000 square footage of floor space. This provides plenty of room to expand our operations to meet our customers’ ever-changing manufacturing and inventory requirements.
