Our engineering and project management team help make your plastic injection molding experience smooth and seamless from start to finish. Once we receive your files, our engineering department reviews your part for moldability and suggests design for manufacturing (DFM) improvements. Engineering then works on the mold designs for customer approval, which can take as little as a few days. Once the mold design is approved, the mold build begins. The mold is then sampled and first article parts are sent to our customers for their approval. Our IQ-OQ-PQ procedure is strictly followed to ensure that our production procedures are executed with the appropriate precaution, and from there the production of your plastic injected components commences. Our quality inspection team is constantly monitoring part quality to ensure that the components are consistent from beginning to end. Shipment and warehousing of your parts are then entered into our project management system.
